Phone app is not working after IOS 9 update

The Phone app on my iphone 6 has stopped working(frozen actually) after updating it to IOS 9. The current version of IOS is 9.0.2. I'm able to revive by going for the option reset all settings from reset of general settings, but soon in less than few hours my phone is going back to freeze again. And also settings app freezes when i click on the phone app in it.
