What to do post iOS 9 upgrade iPad slide is stuck/doesn't respond and does not open.
Post iOS 9.01 upgrade, iPad slide/swip gets stuck after having chosen the network and does not open. Loosely translated it 'says slide to update', but nothing happens.
Further, iTunes gets stuck in step 2 during syncronization.
