Hi. Is there anyone really clever out there who can solve this for me. I have two gmail accounts which I have set up on my iphone using 'google mail' and one work account which is 365 outlook which I have set up as instructed by work using exchange. Mail badges only work if gmail is on and exchange is off or if exchange is on and gmail is off. Any way I can get both to work in harmony? Thanks

Yes I am as have always managed to use this on previous iPhones. Any suggestions what the conflict might be? Many thanks
I would try the following:
1. Uninstall either the Gmail or the Exchange account
2. Reboot the phone - no data loss - hold down off/on and home buttons till you see the Apple logo and then allow normal boot up
3. Reinstall the accounts
It may be that Gmail may not have been fully optimized with iOS 9.x (just guessing)
Check Notifications to see if the appropriate permissions are on
