Ios 9.0.2 update
Since updating my iPad 2 to iOS 9.0.2, it is sluggish. The assistive touch button often disappears from the screen and the Ice Age Village game installed is so sluggish now it crashes constantly.

Try resetting your phone by holding down the Home and Power buttons simultaneously for at least 15 seconds until the Apple Logo reappears.
