In Mountain Lion OS X, how to give user access to application
How does an administrator in Mountain Lion give a non-administrator user access to a particular application?
How does an administrator in ML get access to a document created by a non-administrator user (say in Excel)? And if the administrator makes changes to the document in the administrator account, do those changes show up when the non-administrator user opens up the document later?
