App icons missing app icons when I go to the iOS app store to update apps

Greetings! Since October 9th, 2015, when I go to the App Store (on my iPhone 6s and iPad Air 2 running iOS 9.0.2) to update apps that the App Store is telling me I have updates for, I will see a grey rounded square where the apps icon usually appears but the icon is missing. This is for ALL updates that are available since that Estep. Recently, PayPal, Camera+, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. I have reset my devices but still no icons within the App Store app. These icon are okay and the icons show on my devices, however, just not in the App Store app when updating.

Any ideas?
