My iPod nano 7 is not recognized by iTunes 12.3 using Windows 10. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and updated to iTunes 12.3. now I have this problem. I don't know which update caused the problem. Any help would be appreciated. (I wish Apple would correct this.)

I had the same problem. What i did was uninstall all apple products, then found itunes 12.1.3 on apples site downloaded and installed. After installation I went in and had to change the itune library in the primary folder to old and us a back up from a previous date. Thank you!!!! I was going crazy because I thought it was a goner, I just did exactly what you said and it's now connecting to the old itunes!
