i have song credits in the iTunes store but cannot access them

bought and tried to download some songs but they never made to my inbox.

apple iTunes issued me 3 song credits, still sitting in my box. there are no 'codes' etc the came with them.

How do I redeem them?

It was the same issue with my initial purchase. never got 'codes' for downloading.
