I just bought the i6s+. Wanted to reinstall with move to IOS, however not able to erase this iPhone. Please help

Who did you buy the phone from? (IOW is it used or new)?

How are you trying to erase the phone and what error messages are you getting?

I Don't understand what you are saying. If it's a brand new iPhone 6S +, why do you want to erase it? If you want to update the iOS, go to Settings>General>Software Update.
