How can I print messages or send them to my email?

You can forward text messages to your email by simply forwarding them and entering your email address as the recipient.

You could print them by taking a screen shot of them. The way to do this is briefly hold the home and on/off buttons together until you hear a shutter-like clicking sound. The message will then appear in your iPhone's Camera Roll. Print it from there.

You can use a program to extract the messages.

I have used PhoneView on my Mac and it does a good job. I can get a single PDF with all messages or individual ones for each contact.
