Clicking on email from iTunes connect to activate user shows blank page

Added a user to iTunesConnect. The user received the email. When the user clicked on the activate link in the email on a iPhone running iOS 9.0, the page is blank and shows some javascript error at the bottom.

The same link does not work on Macbook pro (latest and greatest) running OS X 10.10.5.

Has anyone experienced this? Any workaround?
