Why Mac OSX does not have any package manager ?

I know that there are 3rd party package managers like Homebrew, MacPorts, etc. but my point here is after paying a premium price for a product including package manager or developing one should be that pain in the a** for developers. I, by any intention do not want to be rude, I'm very thankful though. Now I might get something like Mac are mostly used by creative designers or video producers, etc. but people my use it for something else like application development, open source projects and for those package manager is must. Please do not hump on me since the number of people doing what I mention is so less that it might not have been noticed by apple. Now people might ask why am I whining about this and why am I not just installing a 3rd party tool that just gets the job done ? I know how apple is keen about its apps and if apple makes something it will be flawless and using those people can be more productive rather than dealing with minor issues that come along with 3rd party apps/ package manager. Not only that I have tried installing linux in my MBPR but the result weren't good at all !

Kindly give me a solution for my query. Why there is no package manager for Mac OS X in spite of having a terminal ?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), bought on 1st April 2015

This is a suer to user tech support forum-Apple is not here.

There is no package manager because the majority of people have no need of one.

They use the Apple App store or download software from developer's sites.

If you need a package manager for open source stuff-download one. Apple is not stopping you.

PS.

I have installed Linux and Windows on my Macbook without issue.

You need to do some basic research.

Yes I am aware of "why os x is not having any package manager" and I have well mentioned it in my summary ! And about apple not stopping me form doing open source stuff is completely right, I agree with you. But the problems that we have to face using 3rd party tool is a real pain in the a**. I get that as well, most people don't need it so why "unnecessarily" bloat the OS with some package manager ! Its kind of fair in apple's part as well since people have found it more useful in designing stuff rather then coding stuff and Company need to go along with people's need cant just make products for folks who just want random stuff.
