Q: Where is a list of icloud drive symbols & their meanings anywhere?

after 28hours I still have dotty clouds solid lined clouds and possible in-progress lines - where are the meanings of these and other icloud drive symbols and after 28 hours with a good cable fast ISP connection why haven't the files uploaded  - Is there an upload to icloud drive  in-progress bar available or a files uploaded successfully message -
