Unless you want to use iPhone cellular data tethering for Internet connection, you cannot paired with iPod or iPad.
But the Airdrop working correctly, it still use the Bluetooth function to transfer pictures or files to another apple device right?
It has nothing to do with BT pairing.
AirDrop is an ad-hoc service in Apple Inc.'s OS X and iOS operating systems, introduced in Mac OS X Lion (OS X 10.7) and iOS 7,[1] that enables the transfer of documents among supported Macintosh computers and iOS devices without using mail or a mass storage device.
AirDrop in OS X operates over Wi-Fi, whereas the iOS implementation turns both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on together.
Alright, i got it, Thanks
