Have you checked your account's purchase history, does anything show there : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
At the bottom of each receipt will be an invitation to report a problem. Report these as your problems and be sure to cross reference them. I can't imagine there is a tax consideration but interesting to note, the total overcharge can be equally divided by 4. Look again at the prices, does $6.25 mean anything?
i have checked my purchase history and it goes exactly as i said, $30, 4 $3.39 songs and $5 left. And there is no $6.25 item there.
note: i actually had $34.22 so that makes an even bigger loss
P.S.
my purchase history says i have bought an apple music individual membership but i have never subscribed.
And have you used the 'report a problem' option I suggested? They usually respond to that quite quickly.
I have told you twice before. Contact iTunes support via the report a problem facility. Report this as your problem.
My guess is you did a trial enrolement and failed to tell them you didn't want to continue. We here can only give light guidance in matttters like this, it is your responsibility to sort it out with iTunes. Incidentally, it didn't 'say it all' at all, it said you hadn't checked your purchase records properly.
