My ID is locked iCloud

I need help with my Apple ID WHEN LOCKED, because I forgot the password and I tried login ID should be locked. Someone please help me

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.0.2

You will have to try to recover the password or contact Apple for help.

IF you still cannot recover it, contact Apple according to the instructions here.

I have already posted the help you need. Otherwise take it into your local Apple Store with proof of purchase and get them to look at it. Not much else I can do for you here.
