On my girlfriend's three months old iPhone 6 Plus the perspective wallpapers are not working at all. It's only show still image, no effect on tilting.
I did a factory restore, fresh iOS 9.02. Dowloaded pictures from web and took with camera, but same result. Reduce motion is off.
Tilting games and screen rotation are working fine. Is it a hardware issue, iPhone 6 Plus specific or what should I try?

When you select a stock wallpaper from the settings app are you selecting "Still" or "Perspective"?

After my first post here, I noticed the stock compass app is not working either. Neither compass nor spirit level.
I went to an apple service, and hand in. They are checking it now, 5-6 bussiness day. So now I am waiting.
The apple care said: It's a hardware failure, gyroscope isn't working properly. I got a brand new iPhone.
make sure LOW POWER MODE is DISABLED .. it wont allow the perspective option to be Selected
