Problems with payment method for FREE APPS!!!

In English:

I wantet to install a free app on my device...

unfortunately as i click on the "install" button and put in the password it says that i have to re-enter the payments informations of my Apple ID...

But if it is a free app!!! So i must have a online payment method to install free apps? If yes i surely let all the Apple devices to the selfish Apple and go on with the free Android devices.

Furthermore

-i don't want to change password because if i change password i have one more to memorize and i surely write it down somewhere... so it's more likely that someone would find it out.

-the control centre was available before inserting the password code so that if someone had find a lost iphone he could have set the "airplane mode" and turned off the network communication and so the owner could not localize it anymore with the "find my iphone" app... was it necessary an upgrate of the OS to have that evident bug fixed? And it's not even pre-set in the most safe mode when it becomes fixable with the 9.0.2 iOS: one has to change the option by himself!!

sfortunatamente non appena cliccavo sul pulsante "installa" e inserivo la password mi diceva che dovevo reinserire le informazioni di pagamento del mio Apple ID...

Ma se era un'applicazione gratuita!!! E così dovrei avere un metodo di pagamento online per installare le applicazioni gratuite?! (Mio fratello minorenne non ce l'ha e le installa tranquillamente...). Se è così sicuramente lascerò i dispositivi Apple alla spilorcia Apple e la sostituirò con i gratuiti dispositivi Android.

You have a freedom of choice. Just remember that no system is perfect. Android Security Flaw

Hi

You can, in most cases, download free apps from the App Store without having a payment method on file. You may need to add one initially and some exceptions also apply - see below.

As you already have an Apple ID: When you sign in to the App Store, iTunes Store or iBooks Store for the first time, you will be asked to enter a payment method. After adding one and signing in, you can then remove that payment method and still be able to download free content.

Circumstances where you might not be able to select None as your payment method include:

- If you have an unpaid balance or payment due (but you can remove the payment method again after paying your balance).

- If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time (unless other exceptions also apply, you can remove the payment method after signing in, as mentioned above).

- If you changed your country or region (you will first need to register a payment method associated with that country, but can then remove it).

- If you're part of Family Sharing (only the family organiser can change the payment method).

Thank you for your answer.

Don't worry for my Apple ID email address: I don't know how it came to be but I have two...

I prefer my google account for android that of I want to install an app on the device doesn't ask for a payment method neither the first time neither the following times. It's a pity because the iCloud system is generally well done...
