Oct 17, 2016 12:09 PM in response to Eric 75by LandRover88,Didn't work for me. Mac w/ OSX 10.11.03 So far I have
1. Deleted all MS Office as described in https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Troubleshoot-Office-2011-for-Mac-issues -by-completely-uninstalling-before-you-r…
2. Run Clean My Mac "Uninstall" to make sure there were no leftover Office files
2. Reinstalled MS Office
3. Downloaded and reinstall my printer driver (Samsung 191x).
4. Run your SOS suggestion (in the english version it's labeled "First Aid."
still no luck.
All other apps print just fine on all printers. Office doesn't even allow me to get as far as selecting a printer; it simply crashes on the print command, both keystroke and from the menu bar.
