Can't stream my iCloud videos from iMovie iOS 2.2 theatre

I m using iMovie 2.2 for iOS on my iPhone 6S. I have many videos which I created with iMovie on my Mac or my iPhone which e stored on iMovie theater on icloud. When I want to stream them from my iPhone either in wifi or 4G, it doesn't work. in order to be able to watch them I must download them to my iPhone ! But I don't want this, because they take to much space on the iPhone. I want the streaming to work as it did before.

is anyone having the same problem?
