My iphone 5S is stuck after ios 9 upgrade. When i go to the "Phone" screen, it's frozen, can't switch to other tabs like "Recent calls", "Favourite", etc... And in Setting, the "Phone" tab is also stuck.
already tried hard reset so many times.
Screen goes blank even when there is an incoming call..

i have already tried All the resets,it works for a minute after reset and then it doesn't,y do they force an update if they cant provide it properly..has anyone found a solution?.

Come on,this isnt solved,Call option freezes and screen goes blank when when there is incoming call
This one affected me too, and it still does.
iPhone 5S, iOS 9.1, Apple Developer.
I've notice that if you restart the device, some restart make it work, other not, so restart it until it works.
Hope to read some real fix soon 'cause we can't let the phone like that, calls are quite important for work.
I think that a blank installation should do the trick.
PLUS you can call your contact from the messages app: go to the message of the contact you need to call, tap on the INFO button and call the contact from there. It works for the urgent calls.
