iMatch not linking all of my music

Just purchased iMatch, no playlists will crossover, almost all of my music is missing. Sometimes iTunes says syncing, sometimes shows the 'house' for my iMatch, sometimes it's all missing. Any advice?

VIN,iPod nano (5th generation), Windows 10, HP Envy, brand new
