Apple Music=Itunes Match problems

After the roll out of Apple Music some of the songs in my library are no longer available through Itune Match. Had no problems playing them before but no when I try to play them on Iphone I get a pop-up saying I need to subscribe to Apple Music so that "all" of my library will be available for streaming. Browsing through Support Community posts it sounds like there are a number of issues centered around Match and Music. Bottom line is if I am not able to utilize 100% the service I am paying for then I shouldn't have to pay 100% of the subscription fee.
