My iPod keeps freezing iTunes

I have an iPod classic 80GB. It seems to be working fine, but for the past week everytime I plug it in my computer it freezes iTunes.

I've tried reformating the iPod, plugging it into a different computer, with no iTunes installed, tried plugging it in when it was on Drive mode, tried different cables, tried with the antivirus deactivated...

Basically, I've tried everything I could find.

Does anyone have another suggestion of what I could do?

I don't think the iPod is corrupted. When running the diagnosis mode, this is what it come up with:

Retracts: 77
Reallocs: 367

Pendind Sectors: 2

Power on Hours: 1891

Start/Stop: 526

Final Cut Pro X
