Anyone out there who have also cleaned the top of their magic mouse with 70% isopropenyl alcohol?
The advice from Apple is to clean the mouse with a lint free cloth and water.
Just wonder how bad have I damaged my magic mouse and do I need to get a new one?

I doubt you have done any harm. Is it showing some kind of problem? The alcohol is quite good for cleaning the contacts.

Previously I was having difficulty with scrolling although I think it is most probably due to the alcohol drying my skin resulting in a lot of friction during scrolling.
The scrolling seems to be ok now.
