Some podcast feeds won't refresh

About a month ago I noticed several of my regular podcasts weren't being downloaded. When I looked into it and tried to manually refresh the podcasts

i kept seeing. "Last refresh:Sept 14". No matter what I do I can't seem to get these podcasts to refreh. Unsubscribing , resetting etc. have done nothing. Super frustrating but I haven't seen any reports. Even worse, its only some podcasts

iPhone 6 plus and 6S plus both have this problem. Seems to work ok on my iPad
