my iphone 5c wont boot up, it just goes to the apple logo, then the apple logo fades away then the phone reboots and it will just keep looping

try plugging the device up to a computer and connecting it to iTunes and restore the device .. make sure that the device is backed up first or you will lose everything .. if this doesn't work, try putting the device in DFU MODE (while the device is plugged in, hold onto the home and power button even after seeing the apple logo and then an iTunes logo will come up, then let it go) & then try restoring it again

I Have this problem to and I have tried all of the above and still nothing?
