Q: Latest I Tunes Store Phishing Scams
Has the Warning Flags flying high AGAIN for one of the latest I-D Theft attempts you may be seeing in your Email's inbox. This is my 2nd in the past 2 weeks FROM THE SAME SCAMMERS!
It looks like it's coming from Apple's ITunes Store warning you about unauthorized charges on your account. It and advises you to click its' "security site" to get more information. In most cases, it would then steal your ID information to aid cyberthieves to steal your account and put in their own bogus charges.
The Tip-Off? Check where the email comes from. In this case, it looks like Aruba!
Here's more information from the REAL Apple on spotting and avoiding them: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204759
And here' a bogus phishing email, coming from "Support Services, Inc."
from the "staff.aruba.it" domain.
"Hello,
