I have a plug your 30 pin in and go to I tunes icon on my screen. it will not start!
please help I have an illustration that shows the 30 pin being directed to the I tunes logo on the screen . the Ipad will not start.

It's in recovery mode. Plug it into your computer running iTunes and restore it.
