I can't deauthorise all computers until after one year - which end in Dec 2015. But I cant find which computers are auithorised - I may have reinstalled my OS and none of my two computers are authorised currently, yet my "account information" shows I have authorised five already. What can I do?

Try deauthorizing your computers even though they don't think they're authorized. If that doesn't work, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance; only they can perform a second Deauthorize All within the yearly period.

    Thanks Niel.

The first option I have tried already but didn't work - on all my computers. all of them say "computer is not authorized".

But thanks for the quick link to submit my issue to Apple. I searched for it and could get it. Appreciated.
