Inconsistencies in library

I Have a large referenced library. Ever time I open aperture I get the message aperture has detected inconsistencies in your library and recommends you repair. I repair it and the result is a recovered folder and recovered project with the exact same 161 files in them. I cannot find these images. There is no thumbnail and I cannot generate a thumbnail. I delete the recovered file and project but the next time I turn aperture on it happens again. Please help. Thank you
