How to change library in Windows 10

In prior releases of iTunes or Windows (I had Windows 7 previously), you could hold the SHIFT key down as you started iTunes and it would bring up a dialog to let you select the library you wanted to use. This is helpful because I sync multiple devices all on one computer, with the same Windows login account. If I didn't do this, my daughter (for instance) would end up getting songs in my iTunes library, and vice versa.

In Windows 10, if I hold down the SHIFT key as I start iTunes, it does nothing. How can I choose a different library in Windows 10?

iPad, iOS 9.0.2
