The iTunes Store on different devices

Hello,

I'm Luke, new to Apple and I got a problem.

Downloaded App's on my iPhone won't appear on the purchased menu in iTunes on my Mac. Why is that and can I synchronize those?

Make sure your are using the same Apple ID on both your Mac and iPhone.

On your iPhone tap Settings > iTunes & App Store OR App and iTunes Stores > Apple ID

On your Mac launch iTunes. From the iTunes menu bar click Store > Sign In

Check - I use the same Apple ID and I found my Installed mobile App's in iTunes

But when I right-click on the icon's and choose open in iTunes Store, it gives me Error 11556.

Also the available App's in the mobile App Store differ from the App Store on my Mac?

I need to Log-in every time I want to check my Account Information?

I can't delete outdated subscriptions, from the List of subscriptions? (they are cancelled)
