My iphone is a 128 go iphone 6s plus but there is only 113 go available! I restored it completly but it still has 113go availabl... Ios 9 does not weigh 15 go! I can't understand this! Thank you if you can help me and sorry for my poor english I'm french !

It is no different than your computer or most any other device that uses memory. The operating system uses some of that and the reporting method accounts for the rest.

Thank you very much for your reply, I now understands but I think that apple should specify this because there are still 15 GB of memory difference that I was thinking of buying, it would be better for consumers to know how much free memory they bought with their iPhone because that is what interests them!
