how to delete photos taken on iphone 6

I've plugged my iPhone 6 into my computer (PC) to delete photos on my phone. When I try to delete the photos, it says that I don't have permission to delete the photo or the folder that it's in (100APPLE). Why won't it let me delete these photos/folders?
