I just uploaded to iOS 9.0.2 and it deleted all my saves on a few games and audible,so I deleted it and now the AppStore wont install anything or update it

ios 9.0.2 deleted my saves on terreria and my audio books on audibl and it also wouldnt let me si in so I deleted the app and now the AppStore wont update or download anything. What can I do?

You did not supply enough info to even guess. If you never synced to the computer before and you sync the media that will be on the iPod is the media in the iTunes library. If
