burning songs externally

I bought a LG External 24X DVD Burner With M-DISC for my mac 10.5.8 and I cannot burn the music from my itunes to the blank cd that is in the LG external 24x .. after choosing the songs and transferring them to the new folder and clicking burn, it goes thru the motion but the songs never make it to the cd . Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are having trouble burning a disc on the computer. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
