Q: unable to upload photos after El Capitan update.

I understand that you are unable to share or upload photos as the share option is missing. Here are the troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through for this.
If Share options or Markup is missing after upgrading to OS X Yosemite or El Capitan

The Share button works from photos but I use to be able to go on face book click the add photos button and it would open my photo library and would be able to pick the pictures. But I can use the the share button from now on. The other problem is I can't upload my pictures to have them printed. I went to wal-marts website to upload pictures to print them but the same thing happens. The drop down menu shows up with my photo library but I can't open it.
