I login into iTunes Connect, navigate to the My Apps section, the I press plus button in order to create a brand new app.
I fill out the following form with app name, target: iOS, bundle-id, language, SKU..
Then I press submit. A generic error occurs and just say "retry or contactus.."
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
I had the same problem until yesterday, it should be fixed now.
Now it looks that the new issue is that you cannot add new itunes connect users.
Cant Create a new app
