I lost a lot of my bookmarks on safari

HI plz help its critical

somehow may be after upgrade I lost a lot of bookmarks on safari I need to restor them back

i close safari reopen it

i shut down device reopen it but no clue

if there is away to restore them back plz help

if there is away to back or restore them on iTunes help
