Q: My phone wont respond to charger and lock button broken

My phone wont turn on and I cannot restart because the phone does not respond to charger. Hooked it up to other charger, computer and other outlet. Cannot do a hard restart since my lock button is broken. What do I do. Cannot back up phone.
