I have an iPhone 6 and I edited a bunch of photos on my phone using tools like saturation and gain. When I uploaded them to iPhoto, they were back to their original look as if they weren't edited at all. How do I fix this?

It is the best answer you can get as there is no way to do it wth iPhoto
I don't have an application called "photos". Do you download it somewhere else?
You can only get by upgrading your OS to 10.10.3 or 10.11. It comes with either of those. iPhoto is no longer developed.
