keynote audio not playing
hey, since upgrading to El Capitan, audio files (.mp4) in keynote sometimes just don't play, but randomly so, which is very annoying.

There are numerous glitches associated with using existing Keynote files when upgrading to a new Mac operating system.
Experienced users never upgrade to a new dot zero release of the Mac OS when existing projects are required.
Try deleting the sides with that problem and re-creting them.
If that does not work, delete Keynote from the Applications folder, empty the trash, then reinstall from Mac App Store. However its more likely that waiting on the next few updates for El Capitan will be required to sort this out.
I have the same problem as you have. I did everything Gary told you so. It didn't resolve the problem. Sometime audio sound are activating, sometime not. I was very frustrated yesterday during my speech presentation, it happened in front of 300 fellows laughing at me cause I had no sound during a key slide.

I was seeing this to, but now that I have updated to Keynote 6.6 the audio plays back without any issues. Hope that helps.
