how to print and email information in Apple Health App

I want to share with my Health Care Provide / Physician the information on the Health App. All information that is being tracked on a daily basis on Dashboard, weight, Heart Rate, Body Mass Index, Steps, Walking + Running Distance, Flights Climbed, Blood Pressure, & Workouts. Scott
