I am trying to set up Apple Pay, but when I open the Wallet I only have the Passes window - how do I get the Apple Pay Window into Wallet so I can add my credit card details?

If not there's no Apple Pay.

Thanks - I have read that but my problem is there are 2 windows - 1 apple pay and 1 passes - I do not have the apple pay window on my phone when I open wallet so how do I get that?
Is your bank supported?
Yes it is.
If you are seeing a ticket or pass full screen in Wallet, swipe down to hide the pass and bring up the Apple Pay section.
It will not swipe down, just keeps on going back up and the apple pay window is just not there!
What exactly do you see in Wallet?

O.K, just to cover all the bases:
Make sure you are signed into iCloud.
Make sure you are properly logged in to your Apple ID under Settings->iTunes & App Store.
Make sure Region is set to U.S. or U.K. in Settings->General->Languages & Region->Region Formats->Region
If all that is correct, and you have not done so, try a Reset by holding down the home and power/sleep buttons together for 10 to 15 seconds or until the Apple Logo shows up.
If all else fails, try restoring the iPhone.

Maybe you can assist with this scenario: I had my Amex in Wallet, but saw msg stating that Amex actually removed the card (not sure why). When I try and re-add the card, it states the card is already in the wallet, which it is not. How to add? Thanks.
I have not come across this so would not know what to do.
