Podcast App: "Episode Unavailable"

When I attempt to stream or play a downloaded podcast, a window pops up telling me "This episode is temporarily unavailable..."

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to a 6s, and the issue occurred on both phones, regardless of the software differences.

Has anyone found a fix to this issue?
