Upgraded to El Capitan and my bootcamp partition disappeared! Here are the results from the tests that have been previously mentioned in related message threads.

Is it normal for TeskDisk to take a really long time? It probably will take hours at the current speed.
Are you running a Deeper Search. Usually Quick Search is sufficient in most cases.
I never saw any option for what type of search to run. Here's the current situation:

If you downloaded Testdisk from http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download, you should be fine.

It's still running. 31% completed although the tool says 00%. I'm going to let it finish. I've got a backup laptop running so I'm okay for now.
Finally finished with TestDisk. Here are the results:
Scroll down to the second MS Data and use 'p'' to list files. You should see a screen similar to the following.
