I have mac book retina 15inch.

I want to change this uk keyboard to us keyboard physically.

I want to know how much it will cost and if it's even possible to change as well.

How would anyone here know the local pricing of every keyboard in the world. Go to a local supplier website or visit your high street store.

Any USB keyboard will work with any Mac with a USB connection.
