Q: Help me to reset my iCloud account

Hi there,

 

I have bought a second hand iphone 4S which have an iCloud account and I can not use it...

The phone is in the clean list, it was not stolen, It comes from someone who has not remembered icloud id and password.

As i understand the phone can be used, if somebody can help me to delete from apple servers or to help me with the email id name, to reset the password.

Information about phone:

 

Iphone 4S black, 32 GB

 

IMEI: 013060001321248

 

IOS 8.4.1

    Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.


    If you aren't able to get assistance from the owner and are unable to get a refund for your purchase, please dispose of the device responsibly by sending it for recycling.
