Storage Location "Unavailable"

I am getting the following message when I try to open a library. I cannot go beyond this point. I cannot click on anything.

I can see all my assets on the FCPX UI. I can open the package contents and see all the clips in the external hard drive.


I am using FCP X 10.4.1, and OSX 10.9.5.
